1. Acceptance of Terms

8. Account Closure & Suspension

hr777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• A request from a law enforcement agency, regulatory body, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
